Per AB x1 26, an Oversight Board is required to be established by May 1, 2012. The Oversight Board is made up of 7 members representing the City of Citrus Heights, the County of Sacramento, California Community Colleges, Superintendent of Education, and the largest special tax entity for the Former Redevelopment Agency, Sacramento Metro Fire.

Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule
Per ABx1 26, the Successor Agency was required to prepare a Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) before March 1, 2012. A draft ROPS was prepared prior to March 1, 2012 and amended on April 12, 2012 (PDF).

A ROPS will be required to be prepared and approved every 6 months to outline the former agency's enforceable obligation payments for that time period. The Oversight Board approved ROPS are provided below:
