The Citrus Heights Police Department's Support Services Division is led by Manager Sandy Maraviov who has over 30 years in management, including 24 years working in law enforcement. Manager Maraviov is supported by a Program Assistant, a Records Supervisor, a Volunteer Coordinator and 2 Dispatch Supervisors. Her division is responsible for all records management, dissemination of public information, our 9-1-1 Communications Center, volunteer program, intern program, technology, crime analysis, and budget.
The Police Department utilizes state of the art technology and vendors to accomplish our policing effectiveness and documentation efficiency. This include Sun Ridge Systems for Computer Aided Dispatching and Records Management System, SIRE document storage to scan and archive reports and paperwork, Crossroads for Citations and Crash reports, POSS to track attendance, time off, and timesheets, IA Pro to track accountability including good police work, citizen complaints and use of force, Redflex for traffic violations, Vigilante for license plate reader technology, Lexipol for Department Policies, and LexisNexis for on line crime reports.
The Support Services staff are generally the first point of contact when calling or coming in to the police department. Manager Maraviov's support team work within a community oriented policing philosophy in order to provide optimal customer service to our customers.
